Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Staci Styles purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for unused items in their original condition. To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags must still be attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@stacistyles.com within your 14-day window to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@stacistyles.com within seven days of delivery so we can make it right. Please include photos when reporting damage — this helps us resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products (including Statement Styles)
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please first check with your carrier and any household members. If you still can't locate it, contact us at info@stacistyles.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Additional shipping charges may apply for packages returned as undeliverable, unclaimed at customs, or sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at info@stacistyles.com.

Return Requirements

Clothing |
• Items must be in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and all vendor tags attached in order to be accepted. Products returned with damage, signs of use or wear, scuffs or markings, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our return policy requirements and will not be accepted. • Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold. • Items must be returned inside protective packaging, such as the box it was originally shipped with, to keep them safe in transit back to us. • Bodysuits and swimwear are not eligible for returns or refunds. |

Final Sale Products |
• Products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. |

Handbags & Purses |
• Handbags & Purses sold with a dust bag must be returned with their original dust bag. |
|
Gift Cards |
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. |
|
Accessories |
• Accessories are not eligible for returns or refunds. |

Late Returns |
• Returns that are postmarked after the return window closes will not be accepted. |
