How do I make changes to my account information?

If you would like to change any of your Lulus account information, including name, email address, telephone number and/or password, login to your account here, enter a verification code if prompted. Once logged in, you can access your account info by clicking the circle in the upper right corner of your screen.

I'm having trouble signing into my account.

This could be due to a typo or incorrect email address. Once you've verified your email is correct, request a one-time code sent to your inbox. If you need additional assistance, please contact us.

How can I unsubscribe to your promotional emails or texts?

You can unsubscribe to promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

To unsubscribe from promotional SMS text messaging, reply “STOP” to the text you received. NOTE: This will unsubscribe you from SMS messages from Staci Styles. To opt out of Shop messages click here.
